Application

YMS series shredder is specially designed for all kinds of soft plastics, such as PP woven bags, plastic films and waste silk.

The rotor width ranges from 800 to 2000mm, and there are different screens according to different raw materials. The materials treated by the shredder can be directly put into the cleaning line, extruder or granulator for further treatment.

 

Working principle

The material enters the hopper and the machine runs. Through strong impact, the material will be pushed, and the rotating moving knife will grasp the material, pass it through the fixed blade and start cutting.
